The checklist

AgentBlitz checks each of these when an agent presses Publish and names the ones that are missing. Two are set by the brokerage, three by the agent.

  • License number and state on the agent's profile The agent opens My profile and fills in the license number and the state that issued it. It appears in the footer of every page and on every design.
  • The brokerage's broker of record, with their license An admin opens Brand and enters the broker of record's name and license number. The footer shows both on every agent's site.
  • Disclosure text in Brand, under Disclosures The brokerage's disclosure line, such as the independently owned and operated statement and the Equal Housing Opportunity statement. The same text appears on designs, signatures, listing pages and agent websites.
  • A headshot Uploaded to the agent's profile. It leads the Home and About pages on every theme, and it is the same photo the designs and signatures use. The Photo Studio can replace the background and retouch it.
  • A bio that passes the Fair Housing wording check The bio and the intro go through the same check as every AI text feature. Wording that states a limit or preference about who may live in a home cannot be published; other flagged wording has to be reviewed by the agent before the site goes live.

Why these five

The footer on an agent website cannot be switched off, on any theme, because advertising rules in most states expect an agent's license number and the responsible broker on anything that markets the agent's services. The disclosure line is the brokerage's own statement and travels with its brand. The headshot and bio are what make the site worth visiting, and the bio check keeps the one piece of free text on the site inside the same rules as everything else.

Admins can see which agents have published and which are missing a record from Agents in the brokerage settings, and can fill in the brokerage-level records for everyone at once.

After publishing

  • Service areas, languages, specialties, social and portal links and the Google review link all come from the profile. Add them before or after publishing; the site updates when the profile does.
  • Active and sold listings appear on the Listings page on their own, each linking to its property website.
  • Leads from the Contact page reach the agent in the app and by email.
  • Every site has a sitemap and a robots file, so search engines find it without any setup.
  • On Pro and Enterprise, the agent can connect a domain they already own.

These checks support the brokerage's own review. They do not decide whether an ad is lawful: the brokerage remains responsible for following its MLS rules and state law.
