Six rules, built in.

None of these are settings an agent can switch off. They run the same way for every brokerage on AgentBlitz.

  • Photo rights on record

Every listing link import asks the agent to confirm they may use the photos and keeps a record of that confirmation.

  • Fair Housing wording checks

On every AI text feature and on every save: descriptions, captions, emails, bios, briefs and replies.

  • Altered photo labels

A small label on every photo the AI tools alter, with a link to the unaltered original, as California B&P 10140.8 asks.

  • Locked licenses and disclosures

License numbers and the broker of record are locked on designs, signatures, listing pages and agent websites.

  • Private by brokerage

Every request is checked against the brokerage it belongs to, and files are delivered through expiring signed links.

  • Turnstile on public forms

Lead forms, sign-in pages and the contact form are protected against bots, usually without a puzzle for the visitor.

The label and the original, side by side.

Every photo the AI tools stage, declutter or otherwise change carries a digitally altered tag on designs, videos, listing websites and downloads, and each one gets a page that shows the unaltered photo.

  • Label on designs, videos, listing websites and downloads
  • A page with the original for every altered photo
  • QR code or link option on designs and in captions

Locked where it matters.

The license number, broker of record and brokerage disclosure are placed on every template, signature, listing page and agent website as elements agents cannot delete, and never smaller than the smallest type on the design.

  • Locked on every design and email signature
  • Always in the footer of listing pages and agent websites
  • The same disclosure text everywhere, managed in Brand

These tools support your review process. They do not make an ad lawful on their own: your brokerage remains responsible for following your MLS rules and state law.

Checks at every step.

  1. Confirm on import

Every listing link import asks the agent to confirm they may use the photos and records that confirmation with the import.

  2. Check on the way out

Fair Housing wording checks run on every AI text feature and on every save. Altered photos are labeled and linked to the original. Licenses and disclosures stay locked.

  3. Keep it private

Each brokerage's data is kept separate, files use expiring signed links, and public forms are protected by Turnstile.

Questions, answered.

What does the Fair Housing check look for?

Wording that states a limit or preference about who may live in a home, such as "adults only" or "no Section 8", is rewritten or left out and cannot be saved to a listing, published on a listing website or exported in a design. Anything else that was flagged has to be reviewed by the agent before they use the text.

Does this make our ads compliant?

No tool can. These checks look for common wording and keep required elements in place. They support your review process and do not replace it: your brokerage remains responsible for following your MLS rules and state law.

What is California B&P 10140.8?

A California rule that asks agents to disclose digitally altered photos in ads and to give access to the unaltered photo. AgentBlitz labels every photo its AI tools alter and gives each one a page with the original, which agents can link from a design or caption.
