Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how AgentBlitz ("AgentBlitz," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit agentblitz.com, use the AgentBlitz application at app.agentblitz.com, or contact us (together, the "Services"). It also explains the choices and rights you have.

AgentBlitz is a business tool used by real estate brokerages and their staff and agents. When a brokerage uses AgentBlitz to store information about its own clients, prospects or open house visitors, the brokerage decides how that information is used, and we handle it on the brokerage's behalf as described in section 6. For questions about how a particular brokerage uses your information, contact that brokerage.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account information: your name, email address and password. We store passwords only as salted hashes.
• Profile information: details you choose to add for your marketing, such as phone number, job title, license number and state, headshot, biography, website, social media links and service areas. If you ask us to import a profile from a web page, we read that page to fill in your profile for your review.
• Brokerage information: brokerage name, offices, teams, logos, brand colors, fonts, disclosures and member roles.
• Content: listings, photos, designs, captions, files, messages, community wall posts, comments, events, marketing requests and anything else you upload, import or create.
• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and optionally your brokerage, number of agents, phone number and message.
• Billing information: plan, billing interval and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

• Log and device information: IP address, browser and device type, pages and features used, timestamps and error reports. We use this to run, secure and troubleshoot the Services.
• Bot protection signals: when you sign in, sign up or use our forms, Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether the request comes from a person, using signals about your browser and connection.
• Cookies: the essential cookies described in section 7.

Information from others

• From your brokerage: when a brokerage invites you, it gives us your name, email address and role.
• From pages you import: when you use listing link import or profile import, we read the web page you provide and the listing details, photos or profile details on it.
• From open house visitors: people who sign in at an agent's open house page give their name and, if they choose, their email, phone number and home buying details.

3. How we use information

• to provide the Services, including creating designs, kits, videos and other marketing with your information and brand;
• to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, send sign-in links and keep brokerage workspaces separate;
• to send service messages such as invitations, notifications you choose, reminders, receipts and important notices;
• to respond to contact form messages and support requests;
• to process payments and manage subscriptions and AI credits;
• to detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents and violations of our Terms of Service;
• to understand how the Services are used so we can fix problems and improve them; and
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models.

4. AI processing

When you use AI features, such as writing a listing description, staging a room or editing a photo, we send the relevant text or images to our AI provider, OpenAI, which processes them and returns the result. We send only what the feature needs. Under OpenAI's terms for its business API, content sent through the API is not used to train OpenAI's models unless the customer opts in, and we have not opted in. AI-written copy is checked by our own software for phrases that commonly raise Fair Housing concerns before it is shown to you.

5. How we share information

Within your brokerage

Information you add to a brokerage workspace is visible to other members of that brokerage according to their roles and the settings the brokerage chooses, such as profile directories, messages, wall posts and shared files.

Other sharing

• Public pages you publish: if you turn on a digital business card, hosted email signature images or an open house sign-in page, the information on those pages is visible to anyone with the link.
• Legal and safety: we may disclose information if we believe in good faith it is required by law, subpoena or court order, or needed to protect the rights, property or safety of AgentBlitz, our users or the public.
• Business transfers: if AgentBlitz is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
• With your direction: we share information when you ask us to.

6. Data brokerages collect

Brokerages and their agents may use AgentBlitz to collect and store personal information about other people, such as open house visitors, clients and referral contacts. For that information, the brokerage determines the purposes and means of processing, and AgentBlitz acts as its service provider. We use it only to provide the Services to that brokerage, as our Terms of Service require. Visitors who sign in at an open house page are shown the brokerage's consent statement, and that consent is recorded. To access, correct or delete this kind of information, contact the brokerage or agent you dealt with; we will help them respond.

7. Cookies and similar tools

The AgentBlitz application uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your session. The marketing site at agentblitz.com does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile may set or read data needed for bot protection when you use a protected form. We store a few preferences, such as your theme, in your browser's local storage. Because we only use essential cookies, there is no cookie banner; you can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the application will not work without its sign-in cookie.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not track you across other websites, so we treat every visitor as having opted out of tracking. We do not sell or share personal information, so a Global Privacy Control signal does not change how we handle your information, and we honor it as an opt-out request where the law requires it.

8. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account or your brokerage's subscription is active and as needed to provide the Services. When you delete content, it is removed from active use and then deleted under our retention schedule. After a brokerage's subscription ends, we may delete its workspace content after 30 days. We keep some information longer when we need it to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or enforce agreements, such as billing records, audit logs and photo rights confirmations. Contact form messages are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to respond and follow up.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access checks that keep each brokerage's data separate, expiring signed links for files, rate limits, and bot protection on sign-in and forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Your choices and rights

• Access and update: you can view and edit your profile and account information in the application at any time.
• Download: you can download a copy of your data from Settings.
• Delete: you can request deletion of your account from Settings or by emailing us. If you belong to a brokerage, some content you created for the brokerage, such as marketing designs or messages in shared channels, may remain part of the brokerage's workspace.
• Email: you can choose which notification emails you receive in Settings. We will still send essential account and service messages.

To make a request, email hello@agentblitz.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

11. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), may give you rights regarding your personal information, to the extent the CCPA applies to us. These include the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; the right to access, correct and delete it; the right to opt out of its sale or sharing; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights.

• Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (such as name, email address and IP address), professional information (such as license number and brokerage), commercial information (such as plan and billing history), internet activity (such as feature use and logs), and audio or visual information (such as headshots and photos you upload). The sources, purposes and recipients are described in sections 2, 3 and 5.
• Sale and sharing: we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the last 12 months.
• Sensitive personal information: account passwords are the only sensitive personal information we handle, and we use them only to authenticate you.
• Making a request: email hello@agentblitz.com. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of your permission. We will verify requests by matching information you give us with information we hold.

Shine the Light. California Civil Code section 1798.83 lets California residents ask whether a business shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

12. Children

The Services are for real estate professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Where data is processed

AgentBlitz is operated from the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed outside the place where you live.

14. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will notify account owners by email or in the application before the changes take effect.
