Getting started
What does AgentBlitz replace, and what does it not?
AgentBlitz bundles the tools agents and brokerages usually piece together on their own: the design app for listing graphics, the photo editor and staging service, the agent and property website builders, open house sign-in sheets, email signatures and business cards, the group chat, the shared drive of resources, the brokerage calendar, the training binder and the inbox for marketing requests. One sign-in, one brand kit and one price per agent.
It is not a CRM, an MLS or transaction management software. Keep the ones you already use; AgentBlitz covers everything around them.
How does the free trial work?
Create an account, set up your brokerage, and you get 14 days of the Core plan with AI credits to try the photo tools. No credit card is needed, and the trial never turns into a paid plan on its own.
Choose a plan from Billing in your brokerage settings before the trial ends. If you do not, your workspace becomes read-only: you can still see and download everything, and you pick up where you left off as soon as a plan is active.
Can we import a listing from a link?
Yes. Paste the link to a listing page, confirm that you have the rights to use its photos, and AgentBlitz fills in the address, details and photos for you to review. Your confirmation is recorded with the import.
Some sites, including many large listing portals, do not allow automated reading of their pages. When that happens AgentBlitz tells you, and you can upload photos you have permission to use and type the details instead. You can also add listings by hand or import a spreadsheet.
Pricing and billing
How does per-agent pricing work?
You pay for each active agent in your brokerage, with a minimum of 5 agents on Core and 10 on Pro. Staff accounts for admins, assistants and transaction coordinators are free; they can use the hub, chat, directory and business tools but not the design or AI tools.
The seat count follows your roster automatically. Agents you add during a billing period are prorated on your next invoice, and agents you remove come off at your next renewal.
What are AI credits?
AI photo edits such as virtual staging, decluttering, object removal, sky replacement and twilight conversions use credits. Every plan includes credits for each agent every month (10 on Core, 20 on Pro), pooled for the whole brokerage, and you can buy more at any time.
Writing tools for listing descriptions, captions and emails do not use credits.
We have 75 or more agents. Can AgentBlitz work for us?
Yes. Enterprise includes everything in Pro with volume pricing per agent, guided onboarding and template setup, and an annual contract billed by invoice. Contact us at hello@agentblitz.com or use the contact form.
Marketing and AI
Does AgentBlitz post to Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn for us?
No. AgentBlitz creates the graphics, captions and videos. You or your agents download them and post from your own accounts.
Nobody hands AgentBlitz their social media passwords, and your accounts stay fully under your control.
How many templates are there, and can we add our own?
The system library has 413 templates: every listing stage in 20 or more looks, plus social posts, stories, flyers, a booklet, a tri-fold brochure, postcards, door hangers, carousels and content for market updates, reviews, tips, holidays, client care, community and recruiting. Pro and Enterprise brokerages can add custom templates beside them.
How do marketing requests and approvals work?
On Pro, agents send a brief for custom work through a request queue. The marketing team assigns it, sets a deadline, attaches drafts and keeps internal notes agents never see. Approval rules decide which designs and posts need review before they can be exported. Draft with AI helps write briefs and replies.
Websites
Does every agent get a website?
Yes. Every agent on every plan gets a personal, search-indexable site at yourname.agentblitz.ai, built from their profile: headshot, bio, title, license, service areas, languages, specialties, social and portal links and a Google review link. It has Home, About, Listings and Contact pages, four themes in the brokerage's brand, and a footer with the license, broker of record, disclosures and Equal Housing Opportunity that cannot be switched off.
On Pro and Enterprise, agents can connect a domain they already own, such as www.yourname.com, with DNS instructions and automatic SSL.
What is on a property website?
Every listing gets a page with its photos, details, open houses with add-to-calendar, the agent's contact card, an inquiry form, a QR code for print, and visit and lead stats. Coming soon pages stay out of search until the listing is Active. The license number and disclosures are always on.
What do agents need before publishing a website?
Their license number and state on the profile, the brokerage's broker of record name and license, the disclosure text in Brand under Disclosures, a headshot, and a bio that passes the Fair Housing wording check. The publishing checklist in the help center walks through each one.
Compliance
Can we use virtually staged or AI edited photos in our marketing?
Many MLSs allow virtually staged and edited photos when they are clearly labeled, and some also require the original photo. California asks agents to disclose digitally altered photos in ads and to give access to the unaltered photo. AgentBlitz puts a small "Digitally altered" tag on every photo its AI tools stage, declutter or otherwise change, on designs, videos and downloads, and gives each one a page that shows the unaltered photo. Agents can add a small QR code or the link to that page on a design, or copy the link into a caption or the MLS photo description. Listing websites show the original next to the altered photo. Lighting, color and sharpness adjustments are not labeled. Agents can label photos edited elsewhere the same way.
Your brokerage remains responsible for following your MLS and state advertising rules.
What does AgentBlitz check for Fair Housing?
Everything the AI writes is checked for wording that commonly raises Fair Housing and advertising problems before the agent sees it. Wording that states a limit or preference about who may live in a home, such as "adults only" or "no Section 8", is rewritten or left out, and it cannot be saved to a listing, published on a listing website or exported in a design. Anything else that was flagged has to be checked by the agent before they use the text. Templates keep the license number and brokerage disclosures locked, so agents cannot delete them from a design.
The checks look for common wording. They do not decide whether an ad is lawful and do not replace your brokerage's own review.
Data and accounts
Who owns the content we create?
Your brokerage and your agents keep ownership of what you upload and create. AgentBlitz uses it only to run the service for you, as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Can an agent belong to more than one brokerage?
Yes. One sign-in can hold memberships in several brokerages, and the brokerage switcher keeps each one's brand, files and conversations separate.
How is our data protected?
Every request is checked against the brokerage it belongs to, files are delivered through expiring signed links, sign-in is protected against bots and password guessing, and the platform runs on Cloudflare's global network with encryption in transit.
Members can download a copy of their data from Settings at any time.
